I received prompt, professional care at this practice, when I was in pain and desperate. The dentist and staff were so kind, pleasant and helpful. Thank you all for a wonderful service.

I lost a filling on holiday abroad, rang the practice and was booked in two days after I returned. I was not in pain but it needed to be remedied. I was seen on time and the service was great from receptionist to Dentist.

They have never let me down, easily able to get an appointment to suit me when convenient for me, always been so polite and helpful and are very caring towards their patients

Visited for check-up and another good experience. Dentist puts you at ease and is always very friendly and professional.Filled tooth while i was there.

This is an excellent practice. I had a same day appointment for a check up and was seen by an absolutely superb dentist who was gentle, kind and understanding and clear in her advice. Would thoroughly recommend this practice.

This is just a brief review of my last experience i had with the dentist at this surgery. Unfortunately i am not allowed to use her name, other than to say she is jordanian. I had to keep going back due to the fact a filling had not been done to the highest professional standard you would expect. I was made to feel like i was being a nuisance, but i had never experienced this before with any previous dentist. And i had every right to go back as i paid to go private, and if the dentist had done the job correctly in the first place i would not have had to go back. So not my fault at all! All this is based on my experience and without prejudice.

All out dentists work to the highest professional standards and has done the filling correctly. Sometimes patients are unwilling to accept their is nothing wrong and refuse to listen. My son is in the process of getting his braces and for that to happen he needed some extractions. Due to Christmas the referral from the orthodontist was delayed, the staff at Maidstone road booked us in as soon as possible and even called with a cancellation to help speed up the process. This is his first experience of any dental work and the staff have been so helpful and reassuring. They talked him through what they were doing the whole way through and gave him lots of encouragement including a little music to help him to relax. I am really glad he had this done at this particular practice. Thank you for looking after him

Over the years have had fillings, extraction, regular cleaning and polish. Appointments on time and work carried out well, though often see a different or hygienist. Today I saw a new hygenist for me and the cleaning was done well and with careful consideration of my inability to lie down low in the chair because of severe back pain.

Took my son for his regular check up and the staff and dental team were so lovely. Made us feel comfortable and relaxed. All round a much nicer and happier experience than our previous dentist.

Everyone very friendly. Everything explained to me and always makes me feel at ease. Very honest and so don’t push you into having treatment that is not necessary.
