I phoned to double check my appointment tomorrow I registered about 2 months ago and left another dentist because they said they can have us the receptionist sounded like she didn’t want to deal with me she was non interested she said your not on our system I then said okay somthing wrong then she then went on to say well I can see your not and then I said ?£&* what do I do now then she then hung up said I ain’t listening to you and that was that never in my life I am autistic so sometimes I do need somthing explained in a different way or need someone to take that extra min to help me and tell me what is best to do this woman horrible then asked for her name refused to hand it over because she knows she in the wrong

I was terrified of having my wisdom tooth extracted and they were all so kind to me through the whole procedure. What a wonderful practice. Thankyou

Had the worst experience, booked in for an " emergency appointment" got there and waited over an hour to be seen only to be greeted by the rudest dentist Ever! i had gone to the dentist for toothache in the bottom tooth he then injected me without my permission and started drilling the top tooth when that was not asked for, he moaned the whole way through because he was running behind, has given me tablets without a reason why and i am not left in more pain than what i started with !!

My dentist was really reassuring and friendly. Because I was a nervous patient she explained everything to me and really put me at ease with what to expect. Receptionist was also very friendly :-)

She talked me through everything and was quick and pain free .i really had no reason to feel anxious and she answered all my questions .

Seen on time and even on time when I had to come in without an appointment. Excellent service all round - felt very looked after (had a very painful tooth extraction and had to go back in for various checks).

A very good dental cleaning by a wonderful hygienist and her assistant! They also gave me good suggestions on maintaining healthy gums and teeth!
