How the reception staff were friendly . To the dental team explained everything so clearing and were friendly. Fantastic service.

Location is always clean which is good. Reception staff are OK. Dentist himself was nice. My appointment was rescheduled the day before, at about 17:00, which was unsuitable for me. Checking the Google page it showed the dentist was closed and thus I wasn’t able to call them and ask why I wasn’t given a choice as the new time was unsuitable for me. Lady at the desk said they opened until 20:00 or something, but I couldn’t see this information. She did thankfully fit me in to my original time (not exactly, but close enough!). Please can the management there re examine the visibility of their opening times on Google, their own site and bing for example. Thanks.

Receptionist was polite and friendly. I didn’t have to wait long to see the Dentist. Both Dentist and nurse were really welcoming but also kind and professional.

Really kind and thoughtful staff from reception to the dentist. I was really scared to have my tooth pulled out the dentist and his assistant were gentle caring and great at their jobs. I wish this was my registered dentist

The dentist was fantastic with me and my children and spent time talking them through everything. Dental nurse was great too.

The dentist and nurse. Both were very easy to talk to, very calming as i was so nervous and the treatment was so quick. Very impressed!

The care is very good and the staff make you feel so relaxed and calm as I am scared of dentists this really stood out for me would actually be pleased if I had to revisit
