A very professional service in taking impressions for partial dentures and being clear about the options for the type of dentures with the pros and cons, and the cost. Sensitive to my other health conditions and general state of health.

Went on Saturday for a Hygienist appointment and as usual, came away after a pleasant, friendly experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is particularly nervous or hesitant about a visit to the Dentist, as the practice is set up to make one feel at ease at all times. Thanks!

I’ve been a patient at this practice for a long time, and so has my son. I’ve never had any issues in the past, which makes this experience all the more disappointing. It took me a very long time just to get this appointment, and now I honestly don’t know why I even bothered. When I arrived, I was asked to wait downstairs. Eventually, I was told to go upstairs, but it felt like the dentist didn’t even realise I was there. When I finally got seen, he didn’t do a proper check-up and asked me what I wanted instead. I could barely understand anything he was saying. The reason I went in was because I grind my teeth, and it’s getting slowly worse — there are chips in my teeth now. I was trying to explain this to him, and he told me I had a filling, which I don’t. It’s because my tooth cracked. I just don’t think he was listening. I was asking for a specific treatment, and I just felt like he wasn’t hearing me or trying to help. He did offer to refer me to the hospital but basically said, “I can refer you, but I don’t really know if they’re going to help you either.” He didn’t seem interested at all, and I didn’t feel helped in any way, especially after waiting all that time. Normally, a clean is offered as part of the appointment, but that didn’t happen. In fact, I ended up not getting a clean at all because the equipment wasn’t working, and I was told I’d need to rebook. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciate — but unfortunately, the dentist really let the practice down in my opinion. I’ll be looking to register elsewhere. I also want to add that I felt really patronised by him. I felt like he thought I was being ridiculous, and I just didn’t feel like I got the proper care or attention.

The dentist I see is very patient & helpful with me as I am a very nervous patient. He also explains to me very well what will happen during my appointment

English is my second language, and in any case, the dentist patiently and repeatedly explained to me how to take care of my teeth and oral hygiene.

Changed appointment because normal dentist was off sick but a most worthwhile and informative visit. Very welcoming, issues explained carefully and in detail.

Staff helpful. Clean and well staffed. My first time visit. One of my crown came out but had no pain or swelling. So had to visit the beautiful practice. Dentist examined, and took Xray and checked all my teeth. I have to visit in 3 weeks time for fixing new one. So have to wait about 6 to 8 weeks for the new one. .
