Dr Mafi was very caring and friendly. Normally I don't like to see the dentist, worried about pain. Dr Mafi explained everything, eased my fear. Good communication, build trust immediately. He was very gentle, didn't hurt at all. Great experience. Thank you Dr Mafi.

From the moment you enter reception, you are greeted by the staff in a professional and friendly manner putting you at ease immediately. The waiting area is spotless and comfortable. It would be impossible to fault the dental experience. The practitioner was very pleasant and spent time explaining possible treatments with great patience instilling confidence in me. Most importantly, the dentist listened to what I had to say. I didn’t feel awkward expressing concerns and worries and any question was fully answered. I have lived in several countries over the years, and this is the best dental practice I have experienced.

I had a prior booked appointment on June 13, but was having serious tooth ache. I called the practice on 04/06/2025 to request earlier appointment. I was given next day appointment on 05/06/2025. Both on the phone and upon arrival at the Practice the receptionist and dental team were professional and attended to me with little waiting time. The staff showed me care, compassion and attended to my concerns with positive outcome.

Brilliant dentist may me feel relax and not stress I do not like going to the dentist, However my dentist is warn friendly informative and very reassuring explains the process and put all your phobias to eases

I saw a new dentist at the practice. He was so thorough and spent time going through so many details with me. I really felt cared for and not rushed in any way. It was just a routine examination

I visited this Dentist on 04/06/2025. I was received with a smile from the receptionist and directed upstairs to see the Dentist. The Dentist treated me with respect, he examined my teeth, cleaned and and advised me on how to maintain my teeth. Everything was done with care and respect.

The appointment began on time, a friendly introduction; a clear explanation and review of the treatment proposed; and good instructions on follow up. Cannot comment on the longer term efficacy of the treatment, only time will tell.

I had lost a large filling and my usual dentist was away, so even more nervous than usual having the filling replaced. But I had another lovely dentist and a kind, encouraging dental nurse so the experience was not at all stressful - especially as I did not need an injection

Always a nice experience, friendly staff. Clean Surrounding. It has been decorated since I last went and it is lovely and bright and fresh now, space to sit down while waiting I am always seen at my appointment time or earlier, no delays The dentist are great with kids, very knowledgeable - they make you feel relaxed and the appointment is not rushed Highly recommend
