We have unfortunately had several negative experiences with health professionals recently concerning the way they have dealt with my mum who has dementia which has recently become much worse , I needn’t have worried when we visited the hygienist here though , both people who dealt with my mum today (as well as the receptionist )were perfect , gentle , reassuring etc in fact exactly what we’d like to expect of them .

As a nervous patient I was feeling anxious about the treatment I was booked in for this afternoon. The dentist and nurse were absolutely fantastic and made me feel at ease. Even the injection was pain free. Thank you so much
