All the staff at the surgery are always kind and courteous. The dentist I saw on both occassions was so gentle in his nature and reassuring. He kept me informed about what he was doing and checked on several occassions that I was ok. I felt safe

The willingness of staff to help my carer get me in and of the back door with the very steep ramp. Please can we have a handrail at the side of it fitted

The dental nurse was pleasant and polite The dentist introduced himself He told me everything he would do before he did it His attitude was gentle and caring He was happy to talk ghrough mh ongoing treatment plan giving options for different scenarios that mught unfold
