Thank goodness for this service, the Dentist was amazing and helped me. I could not get a dental appointment or join a new practice and was in so much pain, he came to my rescue. Thank you very much x

Absolutely great to be assured that in an emergency, even out of hours, that someone is there to relieve the pain. I couldn’t ask for more.

I was in a lot of pain with a gum infection and a loose tooth desperately looking for an NHS dentist and found this emergency dental practice. Albion street dentist in Brighton, the problem was quickly identified, tooth was extracted really an excellent practice, friendly, professional and caring, something you don’t see often enough these days. I would highly recommend them.

I visited the practice May 2025, I found them all to be helpful and polite. I needed an urgent tooth extraction, this was performed without any pain, quickly and efficiently. The dentist was professional and explained everything clearly. All the staff were courteous and I would recommend them without hesitation.

I called up in severe pain, got an appointment for just over 2 hours time. I arrived at the practise, checked in, and sat down. They were running about 30 minutes late but we eventually sat down in the chair, the dentist took 2 x rays, ran some tests and found the problem. Within about 1 minute of doing so, he had the anesthetic ready to go and was promptly undertaking the start of 2x root canals. Relativley quick and painless experience. Just like that my pain had stopped and I was good to go

Really kind, efficient and helpful. The girls at reception were really kind and the dentist and dentist nurse I saw were friendly and helpful. I barely had to wait and was out within half an hour.

I was told ‘no appointments’ to every NHS dentist I rang today very upset I tried this one as a last hope 50+ mins drive from my house, and they said yes we will see you in a hour! I was so happy, it’s clean the staff are amazing honestly made me feel so comfortable and listened to, keep up the good work

I was in a lot of pain and they got me in the same day. The receptionist was lovely and kept me distracted from the pain. The Dentist was great. Explained everything to me and walked me through what he was going to do and the steps to take after he finished.

Considering I was nearly 20 minutes late (due to an incident on the bus and my inability to walk quickly at the moment because of an arthritic hip) they were very accommodating to me. I fully expected to be told my appointment had been cancelled but they were sympathetic and tolerant. They answered all my questions with good cheer and did the surgery - extraction- efficiently and speedily. Very happy with their skills and manner.
