From the moment I entered, the receptionist was very personable and friendly and addressed some of my concerns. Both the emergency dentist and dental nurse were exceptionally compassionate and understanding. They worked quickly to control my pain whilst explaining what they were doing. They were both gentle and the dentist regularly checked in with me to ensure I was comfortable. All three are an absolute asset to the team!

I had a dental emergency and was in a lot of pain. From the moment I called, the staff was compassionate and responsive. They got me in quickly, and the dentist was incredibly professional, calm, and reassuring. He explained everything clearly and handled the procedure with care and skill. I was amazed at how efficient and gentle he was— The clinic was clean, well-equipped, and welcoming, I left feeling much better after treatment,Highly recommend to anyone in urgent need of dental help!

I was treated with efficiency and kindness. I got through on the phone on saturday morning and was seen within an hour of the phone call. the receptionist was so kind and helpful and the dentist was incredibly professional and sympathetic

After waking up with severe toothache and swelling I called 111 who referred me to the emergency dentist in Brighton. They quickly called me back and issued a prescription for antibiotics which helped get me through the bank holiday weekend.

It was really easy to make an appointment ( same day) I was seen by the doctor in time , the doctor was really helpful, professional and explained everything to all the way through. He fixed my old filling with a new one and told me what to expect in the next few days. Very satisfied with the service

Daughter had to be booked in as an emergency. She had to have a tooth extracted. As this was her first extraction she was extremely nervous. The dentist and dental nurse made my daughter feel at ease and she wasn't as nervous. They kept checking on her and making sure she was pain free and comfortable. The dentist explained everything that he was going to do which also helped. Would highly recommend this dentist.

I suffered a tooth infection with abscess and swollen face on a Saturday night into Sunday morning. After telephoning 111 I was given the phone number of this practice, although I was not a member of the practice after a brief telephone consultation and emailing some photos across the dentist was able to prescribe antibiotics to fight the infection and I am now on the mend. A good service which turned out to be a lot less hassle than I had assumed. Definitely recommend!

The staff at this dentist are amazing. I’m quite a nervous patient in which the dentists I had today were absolutely amazing and kept me at ease! Thank you guys so much. I would recommend to anyone!

I was in terrible pain and the surgery were kind and efficient, I’d spent the night in pain so was tired and at my wits end but the practice from Receptionist to Nurse to Dentist were all outstanding. Given the nature of their OOH work they are seeing lots of people in desperate pain and I applaud them for this
