Felt at ease as soon as I arrived they were dealt with my anxiety and were friendly and patient and explained everything thoroughly. I had the appointment and would say they are better than my current dentist, quick and fantastic service. Thank you for looking after me so well.

I realized I was having an abscess in one of my teeth. The pain was excruciating. I phoned a couple of dentists but no-one could see me immediately, but one dentist recommended that I phone the "Out of Hours" NHS dental surgery in Brighton. I called them around 6.00 pm and had an appoinment at 8.20 pm. The reception staff were very welcoming. The dentist and his assistant were very professional and an X-Ray was quickly taken and the cause of the problem identified and root canal surgery advised (although that could not take place that evening). A prescription for anti-biotics was given and pain killers recommended. I then visited a dentist the following day who confirmed the diagnosis of the Emergency Dentist, which, in theory was a "second opinion" I am scheduled for root canal treatment next week. I have told several friends here in Hove and Brighton about this emergency service as I am unsure that everyone is aware of it. Well done the NHS!

Phoned at 9.00am Sunday morning. Got an appointment for 9.45. Very please as due to fly on holiday the next day. Antibiotics prescribed. Very friendly and professional staff. Hopefully I can enjoy most of holiday pain free

Easy to find. No much waiting. Very pleasant personnel and friendly. The dentist was patient and explained in details the problem and what I should (must) do. Unfortunately I can’t find a NHS dentist and the need for a Endolontics. Many private dentist have prohibited prices, equal at 2 or more months of pension. But happy to have had a professional to help me

Forever grateful this service exists, son with severe wisdom tooth issues was seen on the same day and all the staff at the clinic were amazing and kind, especially the receptionist who mans the phone service. They’re under huge pressure because of cuts and now have to serve a much larger area than before (including W.Sussex) so please support them and treasure them because without them we’d be in big pain and trouble!

Right from the initial phone call to the treatment I received, I couldn't be happier. As a very nervous person, petrified of the dentist, they kept me calm, explained everything, when I struggled to put the film in for an x-ray, they were so patient with me, it took three goes to achieve the x-ray. The treatment I needed was done, it didn't feel rushed. The aftercare information is also on point.

Welcoming Receptionist and all Team included the Dentist and his Assistant. They have explained the help they will support on the day of appointment and they have honour their word. They are very professional and caring. I felt secure with the information and the treatment they gave today. - 01.06.25 - 10am appt. From a person that doesn't like going to the dentist they dealt with me in a quick and efficient way and got my problems dealt with and I would come back here if I had any more issues and would recommend others to come here to get treatment as they are all kind and respectful and welcoming and make you feel comfortable. 10/10 in mu opinion.
