I was very impressed with everything, i phoned at 10.30am was given an appointment for 1pm. The receptionist on the phone went through everything with me, clearly and easy to understand. On arriving the receptionist was very friendly welcoming and polite and efficient. Did a little bit of paperwork which is required. The dental nurse came and collected me to go up in the lift to the surgery, again very polite friendly and efficient. The dentist welcomed me, and listened to everything i had to say. He was extremely efficient and friendly and helpful. Dentist and nurse did some procedures and discussed my options. The decision was extraction, which was not easy because my tooth was cracked. However they made me feel that all was going to be ok. I am very happy with the service that I received, thankyou.

I had emergency dental care today and was treated efficiently and with dignity. The Dentist made a point of checking every stage that I was as comfortable as could be expected. Thank you very much.

I had a shattered tooth. Called up and got a same day appointment. Upon sitting in the chair with the dentist. He went through everything with me. Took the time to dicuss my options and helped with the pain and resolution while being very friendly and kind.

At last , an emergency dental service that works and is accessible . Phoned at 9 30 , had appt at 10 30 , had developed an abscess after major treatment 2 months ago and was in agony . Shown my X ray and treatment options discussed. Chose best option and treatment carried out straight away. Staff are very skilled and pleasant and speak to you as an equal . City centre location easy to find . Can't praise them highly enough

I called on Easter Sunday and spoke to someone very helpful. She asked me to take photos and email them with my details. I was called back within an hour by a really helpful dentist giving me two options. I opted to collect a prescription which he said would be ready within half an hour. I collected the prescription which was ready. The staff at the surgery were extremely helpful and told me where the chemist was bearing in mind it was Easter Sunday. Very impressed with the service I received.

Helped me when I was in need and for that I can only be greatful. Thank you to all staff members who had the patience to help me with my emergency in such short time. I will definitely 100% recommend this dental clinic to anyone who has any doubts.

Very nice staff and really good doctor, and the building was very nice. I make all the papers and I could see the doctor with in 5 min only.

Really wonderful service provided - both receptionists were so kind and comforting, and the dentist and dental nurse I saw were really reassuring and calm when I was seen. Thank you!

I'm so unbelievably grateful to have been able to access this NHS dental service on Easter Sunday. I I had been in severe pain from a filling that was irritating the nerve in my tooth and couldn't sleep or eat properly. I was seen quickly and the staff were lovely. I don't know what I would have done without their help. Thank you so much to everyone there who gave up their bank holiday weekend to ensure people in pain could get treatment.
