I had toothache for 3-4 days and called Idental on a Saturday they booked me in same day and told me I have to have a root canal which i refused because of my fear of dentists but the day after when the pain was unbearable they happily booked me in and did the procedure with total understanding and professionalism this is an incredible service that I am so grateful for

I had an emergency appointment here on a Sunday, couldn’t fault the service. Staff were really helpful and friendly and I was seen very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

I had a tooth extraction done with calm and professionalism manner made to feel comfortable. Would highly recommend if you can't get a appointment with your local dentist. Thank you to the staff

I visited the emergency dentist on a saturday, a week after a procedure at my own dentist that had caused an issue with a wisdom tooth. I called saturday at 10 am and was thoroughly triaged. I was offered an appointment at 1 pm. When I arrived, I walked into a lovely waiting room and met a lovely receptionist who kept me informed due to a delay. I eventually went up to the clinic room to Dentist. I was met with such empathy by both the Dentist and Nurse. They took a brief history and could see I was in agony so instantly numbed my pain. The relief was unreal. I was given two options of either antibiotics or removal of said wisdom tooth. I chose removal. I was fully reassured and informed throughout. When it was all over, I cried as I was so overwhelmed. I was in the clinic room no longer than 20 minutes and I couldn't have asked for a lovelier team who really saved me that weekend. I am eternally grateful and on one of the worst weekends of my life.

I was in so much pain from a tooth infection and this practice really empathised and managed to help stop the pain immediately. Can't thank them enough!

Amazing service! I called at 9:30 and got an appointment at 10:45 with an amazing dentist and nurse! The receptionist was absolutely lovely! Thank god for the NHS!

I phoned this Practice for an emergency and I have to say that I was given an appointment within 2 hours and as soon as I arrived there everything was Exceptionally Professional, thank you for your Great service!!

Amazing service this Saturday. My husband was in crippling pain this weekend. This practice was able to see him immediately. The practice manager who we spoke to on the phone was extremely professional, reassuring and altogether rather wonderful. The dentist who saw him explained everything very clearly and was extremely competent and kind. The dental nurse was lovely too. I can't recommend this service highly enough. Thank you so much.

I woke up this morning in a lot of pain and was worried during the weekend I wouldnt be able to secure an emergency appointment. This practice was amazing and offer me an appointment within the hour and I went home completely pain free
