Old lady who was on reception 01/05/24 needs to learn to not make patients feel awful for mixing up appointment times and show some understanding and empathy (these things do happen, I’m not the only one) also to have some consideration for the way she comes across. Obnoxious and rude. Dental practice itself is perfect - no complaints, just a shame that old lady on reception lets the service down.

The practice were able to see me on the day, when I had a dental emergency. They gave excellent advice and took care of my needs. I was given great advice regarding my options for further treatment. The friendly and efficient reception staff helped with the paper work. Altogether I would highly recommend this practice.
