The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The examination was very thorough and advice given in a very positive way. I am very grateful that we still have access to such great NHS dentistry.

I visited on 18/10/24 for a checkup and teeth cleaning. Dentist was very helpful and the whole experience was great. Would highly recommend this practice. All the staff were friendly too!

The dental care and treatment I received today was first class. Having expected to have some dental work undertaken my dentist carefully reviewed my case and after a very helpful discussion with me a course of action was decided which meant waiting to monitor how the condition would develop over the next 6 months. This is excellent, thoughtful dental care.

Excellent practice, I’m very nervous but here I feel very comfortable, all the staff are wonderful and caring , I’ve had teeth extracted and fillings and was happy to go

After a bit of a wait while a new dentist was recruited, I was very pleased with my new dentist. She was professional, very thorough and really took the time to explain how I could improve my dental routine.

Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They genuinely care about the patient [in my experience]. I am getting practical advice regarding gum disease and regular deep-cleansing treatment. on my most recent visit the dentist and dental nurse were extremely efficient and put me at ease immediately.

On the morning of my checkup, my mother in law was taken ill. Had to ring dentist to apologise because I could not attend due to arranging ambulance. Next day I received a very snotty email stating that due to short notice cancellation I am at risk of being removed from the surgery list. I didn't like this.

After over 20 years of not seeing a dentist and having a major fear of seeing one, I was very reassured by the receptionist. Along with her, the Dentist was very reassuring and put my mind at rest and now looking forward to being out of discomfort and regaining my smile. Thank you - Mr Walden
