Always friendly staff efficient and helpful Excellent dentists very satisfied with the care and treatment I have received. Just had my teeth checked and some plaque removed

This was an emergency appointment. My dentist was very caring and dealt with my tooth issue very professionally.

I can not praise the grey town practice enough. When I arrived, I was just going to sign in but lady behind the desk asked if she could sign me in. As I am not very good with the sign in machine I was willing to let her do this task. After a short weight I got to see the dentist, 10 min later I had finished and was paying the money for the check up. . Thank you for the short check up

I went for my usual six month check up. The dentist and staff were very welcoming and very professional. Your teeth check was very through and the preventative advice given superb.

I have recently had a right pubic ramus fracture and the patient information stated that ‘it is advisable to ensure good oral hygiene in patients on Denosumab and a 6-monthly dental check-up is recommended’. My dentist had left the practice & I thought I would have to wait till January to phone. Have been so pleased to come today& am immensely grateful to the new dentist who with the nurse sorted out my omissions on the on-line form and gave me great confidence while in the chair. This has taken a load off my mind and my next appointment will fit in well after my next denosumab. Thank you very much.

Made very welcome, check in was easy. appointment ran a little late but staff very attentive due to my mobility issues. Very thorough and efficient.

I had one of my wisdom teeth removed by my new dentist, she was absolutely lovely and talked me through the process and checking I was ok throughout. I went back for my review where she checked how it was healing and answered any questions I had.

6 monthly appointment easily made. Online forms and check-in. Prompt and on-time appointments. Feedback given by dentist plus recommendations. Friendly and efficient receptionist.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The examination was very thorough and advice given in a very positive way. I am very grateful that we still have access to such great NHS dentistry.
