On time, thorough check up followed with good patient treatment carried out quickly, painlessly with full details explained as to treatment carried out and further work to complete the prescribed treatment. Pleasant and polite staff within the practice.

Staff on reception were warm, friendly and professional. My dentist was also friendly and very professional. I was told what was being done all the time and given a full, clear explanation of any treatment I required. What made this special was that I was given a range of options for my treatment which helped me make an informed decision.

A front crown had broken just before I was due to go on holiday. The practice and dentist fitted me in on the same day, performed a temporary repair and put in place follow up specialist treatment. A brilliant service!

I was made to feel very welcome on arrival and only had a short wait before being called in to see the dentist. All felt very covid safe indeed. The dentist completed my treatment, explaining what was happening throughout. Being an anxious patient I found this reassuring and helpful. I felt I was treated with kindness and respect throughout my visit and I felt happy to arrange for a six month check up before I left.
