I had a check up and my dentist is absolutely brilliant, Ive been to this practice for a number of years and have no complaints. I also made a further appointment to see the hygenist who did a great job and my teeth looked so much whiter when the treatment was finished. The team here are really helpful and friendly, you are made to feel welcome. I used to have a bit of a dentist phobia but I dont worry any more which is great.

We recently visited Genix Gloucester and found the receptionist and the dentist professional and helpful. We did not have a long wait and every care was taken.

On this occasion I contacted the dentist because I had toothache. I was seen promptly, and was told that I had a badly decayed tooth which would have to be extracted, and I had this done. My only criticism is that it was a very painful procedure, and although I was given local anaesthetic, I am wondering if I could have been given more?

Paid over £80 for 10minute emergency appointment (lost filling from 1 of the front teeth). Booked month later for permanent filling. Already mentioned that the temporary filling must have spilled over the other tooth as there was no gap left between the teeth. When the permanent filling was done, the filling was covering three (3) teeth (from the inner/back side). It wasn't mentioned why or what exactly was done and why I now don't have 2 gaps between my teeth. Also I realized, just when I left the Office, that the filling is too thick and in a way a bit, which I didn't notice while in the chair due to numbing. I came out of the toilet and told the receptionist who messaged it to the dentist, but dentist said I didn't tell her (because I wasn't sure after 40minutes with open mouth) and now she's on the meeting (aka lunch) and to book 10min appointment other day for polishing down! I took a whole day off work as my apt was at 12 and no other available then. I can't afford to miss work because of 10mins and my teeth would still be botched with no natural gaps. Very dissapointed.
