I was told on the 3rd of January to call them emergency back at 8am the next day as I have lost a filling on my tooth and is causing pain, so I was told to ring them back so they can book in a dentist for emergency filling I have called and called waited all morning since half 7 to call them called at 8 and still waiting it is ridiculous and I can't book with my regular dentist till after February/March. Do not recommend this at all so I have to suffer in pain till then.

Arrived 10 minutes before appointment as advised to on call made at 0800hrs, arrived and booked in but was then told “there is no dentist at present” and told to wait. Waited and waited, called the emergency number and was told that someone would call me back - which they didn’t! Waited some more and after hearing phone calls and laughter from the less than helpful receptionist team was told to go home and no dentist was coming as they didn’t know they should of been working!! Have been ringing for over a week to be seen and now again have to ring again at 0800hrs in the morning. Painfull tooth and horrendous customer service. Will be using an out of area emergency service in the future!! No advice for care evident people in pain and no compassion shown not even offered a glass of water despite staff making themselves food and drinks!!!!!!

It should be on the website that if you’re looking for an appointment phone at 8am. I waited for 2 1/4 hrs to be told there are no appointments! Spoke to a lovely lady, it’s not her fault. Should be clearer on the website.
