The procedures at the practice are good, however, you never get to receive them because of the constant cancellations due to staff absence. The last time this happened, I had a hygienist appointment at 10:00 and they called at 9:40 to tell me the hygienist left the previous month. I am still waiting for refund and any contact from the practice manager.

An all round professional and efficient experience. Thorough examination, good explanation and recommendations from a qualified and experienced practitioner. A very pleasant experience, fully recommended.

Very efficient excellent thorough treatment. The appointment staff were helpful and pleasant and the dentist thorough kind and thoughtful. I was very sorry to hear that he is leaving. He will be a sad loss.

Booked hygienist and was seen within 2 weeks. Staff very polite and accommodating. Hygienist very thorough and did a good job

Every time I go it's a different dentist but I guess that's due to NHS dental service being under funded. This one was very nice though, I hope she stays and will continue with NHS work.

Really nice dental hygienist. Really thorough treatment and lots of advice given. The online booking system wasn't working but got through no problem on the phone. Receptionist was really nice and they had appointment options.

Since the regular dentist left getting an NHS appointment has been dreadful. Generally cancelled last minute and then getting a letter telling me my son was overdue an appointment and how important it was he gets his teeth checked! After finally getting an appointment 6 months ago, our next check up today has been cancelled with a call 45 minutes beforehand advising the dentist doesn't work there anymore! Keep my fingers crossed our rescheduled appointments go ahead next week, but I'm not holding out much hope.

I have been a NHS patient here for some years but now it seems that they cannot get and keep NHS dentists so there is no consistency or even certainty of getting an appointment or even knowing who it is going to be with.

You wait months for an appointment only to be told at the last minute that they have lost their NHS dentist so you now need to pay privately to proceed. Even when they had regular NHS dentists (back in 2020) they were forever cancelling appointments at the last minute and were then unable to fit you in for another 6 months. Avoid this practice at all costs.
