I went to my appointment and was seen by the dentist immediately. Great communication, understanding, advise, effective and efficient. Would recommend to all family and friends. Thank-you all staff you were great.

They disrespectful and keep cancelling on me for 6 months. Haven't got refund yet, they telling me I have to go in in person to get a refund...

I’ve been with this Practice for a few years now and am very happy with the service and quality of work. Reception staff are courteous and friendly, wait time is always satisfactory and dentists explain things well and are thorough. I had an extraction yesterday and it was very quick and painless. The hygienist I saw a couple of weeks ago was also so gentle and did a great job. I see a different dentist pretty much each visit but never had a bad experience yet.

Very friendly and comfortable experience (whoever can say that about wisdom tooth extraction?) Well I can! Dentists have great communication, judgement, bedside manner and skill. Also no waiting months for an emergency appointment like the NHS.

Really made to feel comfortable and really friendly staff. I'm not keen on going to the dentist, but they did a great job and made me feel at ease.

I went as an emergency appointment and the dentist was so helpful kind and explained everything to me about why my tooth was aching so much and helped me the best advice to get better.

Heard a lot good reviews about this dentist clinic from family So was happy to book and pay. But unfortunately on arrival as a nervous patient I wasn’t approach at all by staff even though they were four staff on the desk, no eye contact no response which didn’t help me, felt it was rude. Then seating area was upside down & enclosed with knee to knee contact with other patients. I found out unfortunately many staff was not great in communicating in English so that already made me nervous and anxious. Whilst getting treated the dental nurse who supports the dentist to write down information kept getting teeth counting /ordering wrong and communication details incorrect which was very frustrating and awkward for the dentist in charge and made me feel uncomfortable In the clinical room. So unfortunately even though I'm needing treatment I'm having to go and pay elsewhere

111 referred for tooth pain out of hours of own dentist. Seen very quickly by friendly dentist. Given medication to see me through to own dentist appointment. Reception very helpful even though extremely busy. Good overall experience
