This was my first official visit. I find the practice to be efficient and very friendly. It also has a very comfortable waiting area.

I visited Croft Dental service with an emergency and they fitted me in quickly and fixed my broken front tooth. They made a great job. Definitely recommend them.

The dentist I saw was very professional, thorough and explained everything exceptionally well. The only frustrating part was that to book a hygienist appointment you have to put down a £33 deposit which I wasn’t aware of until I booked it. Overall the dentist and the reception team were brilliant, thank you for your care.

Very helpful with a toothache and advising on how to continue. Accommodating and sympathetic as I have to be a private patient as unable to get nhs dentist but short of money.

I saw the hygienist, she showed me care and dignity, I have a huge amount of health issues, she was very patient with me. Growing old is not easy, kindness goes a long way.

I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time. Very efficient and conscientious examination. I have full confidence in the assessment of my onward treatment.

I was referred from a sister practice for root canal work. The dentist was lovely and professional and explained the procedure step by step, so much so I completely relaxed during my 2 hours in the chair. Thank you

Friendly efficient practice, lots of explanations of my treatment step by step. There was no pressure to have treatment I wasn’t happy with. I felt I could trust my dentist as everything was discussed on a two way basis. This has not been my experience in the past.
