Almost impossible to get them to answer the phone so you can not make an appointment. If you like 20 minutes of rubbish hold music and over the top advertising to be cut off without speaking to anyone, then this is the dentist for you. They even admitted to having issues with recruiting administration staff.

I had some doubts on my first visit to this practice as the waiting room was very spartan and the reception I received was indifferent. However, when I went in to see the dentist, they were very thorough with my examination and helpful with advice on dealing with a minor problem I had with a tooth. Would attend again

Friendly, thorough session. The dentist instills confidence in a patient that is very nervous with regard to attending the dentist

Pleased to attend my six monthly check up. Met with a friendly and professional dentist who inspired confidence. Also impressed with the hygienist.

I was very anxious about attending for my six monthly check up due to reading poor reports on social media. My fears were immediately allayed by friendly reception staff. Had a very short wait before a dental nurse ushered me in to the surgery. Again, very reassured by the warm welcome from the dentist who very efficiently carried out her inspection. She identified the need for two small fillings that were carried out the next day. I have an appointment with the hygienist on Monday. Booked the next check up for June next year. Very reassured by the quality of care.

Every dentist i have met here has been pleasant, but they are let down by the company / admin. Now into the 3rd week and still unable to book an appointment because they never answer the phone or call back from left messages

I lost a filling late in the evening so rang the next morning to see if they could fit me in as an emergency as I was due to go on holiday that afternoon. I was given an emergency appointment for that morning and the dentist was really friendly and helpful. I have had no pain or other problems and was able to enjoy my holiday.

The phone never gets answered. The answer message says leave a number, yet they have never called me back. I have been trying for 2 weeks now. I have also missed checkups in the past as i just can not get through to book.

In August I had an initial check-up, which was the first time with this dentist. The examination was thorough and gentle, and the treatment needed was explained. I also raised the matter of a crown fitted by a previous dentist, which was causing concern. The actual treatment was carried out swiftly and efficiently. An old filling was replaced, and the crown carefully ground down further until ti fitted the lower teeth perfectly. The dentist and assistant were friendly and efficient throughout.
