I have been waiting well over a year they kept cancelling my appointment so it was only yesterday went to have treatment after have 3 teeth out last year to be told we have nodentist work here I suggest you find another dentist totally disappointed with the treatment or lack of treatment and having to travel from Portsmouth to hamble was a total waste of time and money !! Never going back !

I cannot fault the practice. I had to have root canal treatment last year. A big job, but it was handled excellently (and totally differently than my friends who had this treatment elsewhere). This year I have had two small fillings (some debate whether necessary or cosmetic but...) on the NHS. I also went to the hygienist - excellent! I see that some people have had less good experiences, but I have nothing but praise for Copse Lane Dental Surgery.

Saw a lovely dentist very friendly and put you at ease immediately. Made a change to see someone who cares and is professional. Huge improvement on previously. Efficient staff at reception and friendly.

I've been on the books at Copse for a little under a year now. The service and treatment(s) they provide is/are brilliant. The staff here are always doing their upmost to provide the best they can. I chipped a tooth a few weeks ago so I booked an appointment to have a filling done. Unfortunately, do to my work I had to rearrange the appointment twice (Sorry guys), this was no problem and they got me in Saturday gone. I cannot praise the team at Copse dental practice highly enough!

I rang the day before my appointment to confirm and was told my dentist had left. I was offered an appointment the next day with a new dentist which was not really convenient. When I arrived there was chaos - the waiting room was packed with many people very angry at having their appointments cancelled, some multiple times, one couple had travelled many miles. The manager was arguing with my dentist while I was being seen and the atmosphere was very tense. The receptionists were trying hard but they were stressed.On the other hand the dentist was competent and I was pleased with the outcome.

I had an appointment today at 2pm. I came from Locks Heath and another patient was waiting for his 2pm appointment also, who had travelled from Lordshill. Neither of us received a reminder and neither of us could get through on the telephone. There was a sign in the door to say you would be back from lunch at 2pm. We sat in the carpark waiting in hope that someone would open the door soon, as we had both had appointment after appointment cancelled and rescheduled. It got to 2.25 and still no life could be detected in the dental practice and still no other cars pulled up in the car park, so we left very disappointed.

I was given 2 previous appointments both were confirmed the previous day, only for 1 to be cancelled 1 hour before and the 2nd one I didn’t know until I arrived…a 20 mile waisted journey. On the 3rd appointment I was left 1hour 5 minutes in the waiting room because I had been overlooked by staff even after signing in with reception and told to take a seat. The dentist did not explain what treatment I needed, only to say lots of fillings, when I asked where he just said lots everywhere, I found this quite rude, and asked his assistant, who tried to tell me it was mostly cosmetic and not because of rotting teeth , I found the dentist very unhelpful, unprofessional and quite rude and impatient, I am not looking forward to my next appointment.

Only a short wait for my appointment. The lady dentist and her assistant were thoughtful and helpful. I acted on advice about my teeth and treatment that was quick and efficient.
