    Was contacted in early December to be told I finally got to the front of the queue for an NHS place. Booked in my appointment. That appointment was cancelled by them a week later, which was then rescheduled. Twenty minutes before the second appointment (whilst I was in the car on my way) I got a call to say that the dentist I was due to see wasn’t taking on new NHS patients, and neither are any of the other dentists, so they’re not able to see me now. Basically told to look elsewhere. What an absolute shambles.

    Was referred for an extraction by my dentist. The appointment came through very quickly with a choice of days and times for a week later. Very impressed. The dentist I saw was excellent and explained everything clearly to me. After the extraction aftercare was discussed with me.

    Was referred to Clarenden Dental Spa (Huddersfield) by my local NHS dentist after a tooth broke during extraction, leaving tooth/root below the gum-line. Really wasn't looking forward to the referral appointment after the unpleasant extraction experience. How wrong was I. The Dentist and assistant were excellent. They made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout. The actual extraction was done in a matter of seconds, with no pain or unpleasantness.

    I got referred after my own dentist broke my tooth trying to get it out. Was made to feel at ease straight away the moment i walked in, waited about 10 minutes to see the dentist and he explained what was going to happen. Two injections waited to work and within 30 seconds it was out and never felt a thing.

    I came for a consultation and the dental receptionist wasn’t there so i was told to wait and someone will come to me . i sat for over an hour and then went to the reception and was told i missed my appointment due to not checking in . however, i have never been to this clinic before and wasn’t told to wait for the receptionist to come so i can check in. I then missed my appointment and had to rebook in three weeks due to not being given the right information to start with.

    The patience of the dentist and dental nurse. Both were very caring of my son and explained each step of the process during treatments

    Both ladies that saw Neve were EXCEPTIONAL in every way - their personalities and attitudes stood out, both very knowledgeable, kind and friendly too..

    The practice burned down in June 2021, so they have been outsourcing dental care for private patients throughout Leeds while their original practice is presumably rebuilt. During this time NHS practice has been suspended, apart from urgent care (Which takes place all over West Yorkshire). There has been no communication from the practice in relation to the issues they have been having for both private and NHS patients. I called them in November 2022 to book an appointment and was told to call back in December, as this was when they expected to reopen. I have just called back today (June 2023) and they have advised that they are not expecting to start performing NHS routine appointments for another 12 months (June 2024) and to contact another dentist. Seems like they are trying to diminish their NHS list with a view to getting rid and just becoming a private practice. With the presumably intentional lack of communication to 'run down the clock' so they can remove people from their NHS patient list.
