Have also made an appointment with dentist, I am hoping this will go ahead and not be cancelled as they have been recently.

Good to see a Dentist after so long and a number of cancelled appointments. The Dentist and staff were very friendly and efficient. I am hard of hearing and the Dentist ensured that I fully understood the proposed course of treatment.

Met with a friendly receptionist seemed like a thorough examination by dentist with lots of advice . And ended with the same helpful friendly receptionist helping me with my next appointment.

Hygienist visit great. Given appointment for check up for 11.10.23, that was cancelled on 10.10.23, so not happy with that!

Receptionists positive greeting and both dentist and assistant friendly knowledgeable and communicate well . I appreciate how I was handled on the phone when I made the appointment and my next appointment has been made before leaving. Again efficiently and with text message already sent.

Competent enthusiastic staff. Marked down to 4 stars as I’m a little concerned that the surgery has not yet found a permanent replacement dentist.

The hygienist in your practice is a lovely lady, very warm and friendly, I shall miss her on my next visit as I know she is moving.

Receptionists very friendly I haven’t seen those two before but they are better than the other ones. The hygienist was great she did an excellent job, was friendly and very informative.

Hygienist is very efficient and informative and worth the £72 It’s a pity I cannot access a dentist in your practice. Same comment applies to my daughter and 3 children. Are you going to resolve this or should we all look to change.

It was wonderful to of met the. We dentist today. He was very pleasant and Informative explaining everything as he went along with the examination. He was also brilliant with my children. Conversing with them and giving helpful encouraging advice in regards to oral health care. Thank you
