My NHS dental appointment was cancelled for the 3rd time however was still able to attend my dental hygienist appointment which was perfect

Such a change from past visits to this practice. Good reception, excellent dentist who communicates well and care taken, appeared to be a good level of respect between dentist and nurse professional in front of patient. Such a change from several past visits, which has completely changed my impression of this branch. I hope dentist is still here when I return in 6 months

Very pleases overall , especislly with the ' hands on' dentist team , who were very professiomal, but with a comforting way about them.and smiles .

Dentist was friendly ,efficient, listened to my concerns , explained about possible treatment . I was very at ease and am very happy with the new dentist.

The dentist himself and the dental nurse. Im generally quite nervous but they gave a chilled vibe that put me at ease and the whole appointment was a breeze.

Well-prepared, had read my notes in advance. Good listening skills. Seems very competent. Hopefully the turnover of staff is now resolved. Excellent!
