My wife who suffers from Parkinson’s disease and dementia was treated with professional consideration and respect, which helped the appointment go better than I expected it to . Thank you so much .

The reception girls are fantastic. And the dentist was very clear about the condition of my teeth discussing all options.

It’s been many years since I have seen a dentist that actually sounded like he wanted to help, it’s a relief to have a good plan of treatment at last. The receptionist/ nurse was also really lovely.

Dentist very thorough and was friendly. Acknowledged previous issues of not being able to book appointments because of not having a dentist at Carterton. He introduced himself which was nice. Nurse also friendly and receptionist helped with all my future appointments booked in.

From when we arrived until we left , the staff were attentive the dentist and his assistant were wonderful with my mum . All in all a very nice experience as far as can be with dentists .

The new dentist was very good. I’ve had pretty poor experiences with Carterton Dental over the past few years but this was a marked improvement.

Appointment 50 minutes overdue. Dental inspection didn't seem very thorough, dentist prodded a few teeth, didn't say anything to dental nurse and asked a few questions about eating habits. No comments on poor gum hygiene, inspection lasted less than 5 minutes.
