This dentist has been poor the whole time we have been with them. I can only put it down to the fact they are wanting to upset there NHS patients enough that they leave!. Receptionists are rude and cannot make eye contact. The last straw was cancelling my child’s appointment for an emergency one ….an emergency in a months time?. To be honest there are so many things to say but I literally don’t want to waste anymore time on them.

Treatment explained clearly and carried out efficiently. Staff friendly and iverall i was very pleased with my visit.

I arrived for my appointment to be told that it had been cancelled but I had not been told that this was the case. This was the second time my appointment had been cancelled!

The examination was very quick and perfunctory. The dentist and assistant were very pleasant. Again for the umpteenth time we were told by the dentist that she could not clean or descale, as the equipment was not working. After not having this service for the last 2 years my wife was told to book an appointment with the hygienist @a cost of £69. The receptionist then told us that they no longer descale or clean unless there is a medical reason to do so. I looked this up on line to find that this service should be included, especially if the dentist is saying it is required.

The dentist and receptionist were helpful and competent. However I was disappointed that for the 4th time cleaning my teeth was not possible. This has meant that I need to have a hygienist appointment when a further cost of £69 will be incurred. Since band 1 includes cleaning ( confirmed by internet) I feel this is not acceptable especially considering I am elderly and have the limiting illness of Parkinsons. Extra visits to dentists are stressful.

I had a large piece of tooth break off, and doubted it could be repaired. Repair it and fill it she did and all in one session. I was pleased and relieved. If it lasts I will be delighted!

A very enjoyable first visit , from meeting the receptionists ,very polite and helpful, To meeting the lovely,bubbly dentist , who examined me and took her time to explain things to me ,regarding to my treatment a credit to the practice Faultless service Many thanks
