   if you have an emergency or need help they are not there. the receptionist are very confrontal when asked to help with something which is not on there script. thinking its ok to ask someone to call back in a week when they have an emergency.

   I haven’t been to the practice in many years but I was in agony and other practices had turned me away so I called them to see if they would be able to help. The reception team were friendly and empathetic and able to fit me in for an appointment on the same day. I was seen by the dentist who took x rays and was able to identify the problem , explain the options and the cost and able to complete treatment to get me out of pain. I had a review appointment booked for a week later to see how I was and honestly I am so so pleased. Prior to the appointment I was struggling to eat and sleep but the dentist and his team helped me so much! Forever thankful

   Such welcoming staff. During the appointment, the dentist was thorough and made sure to address any concerns I had.
