Very friendly staff who give sound advice and choices for any work needed which is then carried out to a very high standard. Highly recommended.

I was fortunate enough to get a same day appointment when a tooth was troubling me. I am a nervous dental patient and couldn't see my normal dentist, however the dentist I saw was friendly and professional and I felt at ease with them. They explained what was wrong with my tooth and the treatment options. Bit of delay in getting the treatment required but that's not the dentist's fault.

A nice welcome from receptionist, short wait to see my dentist, check up went well and great communication with advice given, easy to book next appointment. paying was an issue with wifi not connecting and now i cant get my dentist prescription from the doctors pharmacy just 10 steps opposite the dental practice, that has changed since my last appointment. totally crazy as now i have to use my car to get to another pharmacy.

We had been experiencing some problems with our card machine very recently, which is now rectified and back up and running. The dispensary opposite us do not accept any prescription that is given out from here in the practice, which means they have to be taken to a different pharmacy, this is out of our hands unfortunately, I do apologise about the inconvenience with this. Excellent service from reception answering and arranging appointment to seeing the dentist. All the worry was taken out with the dentist providing a temporary solution, discussing the final solution. I came away with appointments made for all the necessary work to be done. Such a relief and made so easy.

The service that was provided by all the team from my initial phone call to seeing the dentist. I really appreciate been given an urgent appointment the next day considering how busy the practise was.

A check-up visit to the dentist shoukd be routine, but that is not always the case. At Bloxham, i have always found a truly professional service and this was no exception. Reception was friendly, the appointment on time and the dentist (new to me) was pleasant, thorough and communicated really well.
