The staff were excellent. The dentist was thorough and very helpful. Didn’t have to wait long to be called in.

Always timely, polite and friendly. Good service. Can usually get an appointment fairly promptly. Receptionists are particularly friendly - which is lovely.

Mey checked my gums and teeth. We then had an informative discussion of what to do now, Including options and a plan for getting dentures. I also felt I was developing an infection on a front tooth. This was xrayed and antibiotics prescribed. Following the consultation the receptionist gave me a series of appointments.

My dentist has a very kind and patient manner and I value him! He is knowledgeable and also brilliant with my kids. I am however concerned that the practise appears to be getting very pricey and it feels like going private is a priority. I thought a Band 3 treatment should cover both my route canal and the crown, but I am now being told it is two separate treatments. The route canal being band 2 and the crown a new band 3. Is this correct as I don't understand it that way when I read up on what a Band 3 NHS treatment should be covering. I am also concerned why I am expected to pay upfront before I can even book my band 3 treatment? This is tough on people's budget and could be managed differently e.g. paying on the day of your treatment so you have time to get the monies sorted. A dental hygienist treatment cost £79 which is considerably more than other practises. I feel over the barrel as you can't just go and do it somewhere else if you are not a patient there. I am not sure if the practise is struggling financially, but not everyone can afford this!

I never had any problems since I’ve been going to this practice. All the staff are fantastic very helpful and always smiling and treat all the patients in a good manner at all times.

I brought my disabled elderly father in as a 1st visit to see what could be done about a lost crown & to review his dental health. The dentist, reception staff & nurses were welcoming, friendly and totally professional. We had all the options explained to us and have a clear treatment plan. Thank you!

The visit to the dental hygienist was surprisingly delightful! It felt like a spa for my teeth, and the expert cleaning was a symphony of precision. My pearly whites are now beaming with pride. Who knew a dental appointment could be so refreshing? Thumbs up for a sparkling experience!
