    So the wrong tooth was removed. Kept going back 10months of antibiotics,no pain relief given. My tooth nerve is exposed and in unbearable pain. I need 4 teeth removed they send 2 referrals both seduction when I asked for local as shorter waiting list. Have no got to go back to change it to local anesthetic. 12months of mistakes. Rude staff talking about patients who call and moaning behind there back. Constant chatter about patients and also what pizza there all having at a open reception desk. So unprofessional. Can't even get referrals correct. Or extract 4 teeth there and then for you. Utterly useless. No one use these.

    I registered with this practice because they touted themselves as as NHS. I then tried to get an appointment, kept getting emails saying they'd tried to contact me, they hadn't, and to ring them. When I rang, I was directed to their online appointments, and we continued this process for a number of weeks. Finally I got an appointment for an initial checkup. I paid the £29 up front. I arrived bang on time and waited in a queue at the reception. By the time it was my turn to speak, i was told that the dentist was packing up to go home, that I can come back tomorrow. So I arrived early the next day. I was seen half an hour late. I was laid down in the chair, mouth open, 3 members of staff in the room, and was told that I have to pay a further £29 quid, for the missed appointment. Then I was told it will be an additional £50 for an ex-ray. So i said that's £50 something altogether then, because the check up is included within the treatment fee. I was told no. One of the people in the room said "and every treatment is paid for separately. We're private" I disputed this, wouldn't not have registered if it wasn't NHS. I was 60 quid down, for what amounted to a one minute check up. So beware of these rip off merchants.

    Don’t normally leave reviews on 1st visit but credit where credit is due! Can not fault this dentist surgery, receptionists are lovely and the dental assistant was lovely but the dentist man him self! Wow! He truly listened to how an accident that effected my teeth made me feel and he went above and beyond to give me some confidence back and hell yes he did that! So glad I found this dentist! You won’t regret trusting this sugary with your teeth. Thank you sooooo much x

  4. Review titled Great for nervous patients

    Brilliant dentist and one of the only ones taking nhs adults on. I'm very nervous and need a few things done but it's also the first time my son (usually under special needs dental services) has sat in a regular chair and let anyone have a look. Good choice of appointment times and days.

    Made a basic human error of turning up to my appointment I had pre paid for 4 weeks prior at 3pm when it was booked for 2pm. Was told I would have to pay again if I wanted to be seen and could not reschedule or get a refund. Absolutely disgusting and pure robbery over a genuine mistake.

    I have always been an NHS patient in this surgery but they have started trying to charge me private costs! They refused to write me a prescription that I needed and told me that even though I am part of the NHS prepayment scheme it does not apply to dental prescriptions! Why do I prepay for all medication if my dentist refuse to write a prescription and force me to pay when I don’t need to!! I am looking for another dentist as the staff were all rude and incompetent! I’m never returning to this surgery again

    I had 2 fillings that each didn't stay in for an accumulative total of 3 days. The 2 following replacement fillings were free, but the last replacement session seemed rushed. I also had to wait over an hour in the waiting room during my second replacement. Friendly receptionist. Adequate replacement service but poor service quality and advice given - not worth initial price.

    First time at this dentist. When I booked the check-up, they advised it would be 24 pounds. On arrival at the surgery, the dentist said it was 27 for the check-up and an additional 27 for an x-ray. I felt pressured into this as I was already in the chair. Reception didn't seem to care and is now trying to charge 300 pounds for a filling. Are they part of NHS or not?? They claim to be private. I will be finding another dentist for this filling.

    Im an extremely nervous patient and had to have a tooth taken out.All of the staff were extremely helpful and put me at ease The receptionists,nurses and indeed the dentist was great(well as great as a dentist can be 🙂🙂)Would recommend
