The receptionist were polite and friendly, the dentist was very polite, friendly and more importantly both her and the dental nurse made me feel calm and comfortable x

Non planned appt as had chipped tooth....appt arranged quickly and treatment done. I hate coming as very nervous....but you always make me feel ok.

From a friendly greeting at reception to knowing I will get the best of care, from my dentist, as I did today, I have total trust that any concerns re my teeth will be listened to and advice given. Thank you.

The hygienist was first class. Was aware of my fear & discomfort. Advice given without making me feel in any way awkward. Bright & cheerful during the whole process.
