The dentist was supportive and understood that due to my ADHD I struggled with my self care. He said I had maintained my teeth and keep up the good work. He gave me different options for flossing and I felt happy with the visit

Dentist was the best, but the staff on the reception's behaviour was really bad. They were making fun of our family and it really hurt me. I hope you can improve your reception staff. Thankyou

Dentist i saw was extremely friendly, chatty and kept me informed of my treatment throughout my visit, same with the dental nurse, only thing letting my visit down was the reception staff, no greeting or smile, very "robotic

My sons dentist put him at ease as he was having an extraction, he explained everything in a non scary way and made sure my son was comfortable the whole time

Very pleasant efficient Dentist who did an excellent job repairing my tooth. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends.

Had my appointment cancelled on the day but was offered another appointment, the same day and an earlier time. The dentist I saw was brilliant, very reassuring (I’m petrified of going to the dentist). Friendly and professional

What stood out on my last visit was the level of friendliness and professionalism. The dentist was able to carry out the repair immediately without me having to return for another appointment. Absolutely exceptional empathy, understanding and customer service.

The service from the dentist and nurse was great, very professional. I arrived for my initial appointment on time, but the reception staff were so busy and had me wait for so long I was late for my appointment and had to return later in the day. Another admin person needed!

The dental nurse was lovely and so was the Dental therapist doing my exam. Unfortunately she couldn’t make a care plan and so I need a review with the dentist. She did do X-rays.
