The whole experience. As long standing customers we are always welcomed at reception with people who are obviously trained well with a good rapport. The surroundings are good and our treatment is always courteous. Our dentist is great.

I got a fairly prompt appointment for an issue with an impacted wisdom tooth. My referral for a hospital x-ray was very efficiently handled and received an appointment for the very next day. Excellent service and such polite and friendly staff at the practice.

The efficiency and speed at which the team run the no. Clinical area. As well as the actual dentist appointment which was done with care and precision

The dental team were excellent but I had to mark it down overall because the reception team were quite rude, ignoring clients while they worked on their computers. A simple acknowledgement of the client's presence, a bit of eye contact and a 'I will be with you in just a moment ' would go a long way

Lost a filling just before Christmas. Rang and was offered two appointments the same day. Arrived for my appointment early, went almost straight in, and had paid and left, two minutes after my appointment was due. Great service, friendly staff. Outstanding.

The dentist was very thorough. He was able to explain about the toothpaste I need to use. I’m not keen on going to the dentist but he really made me feel at ease. We discussed what medical treatment I’m on and again he made me feel at ease talking about it. He was very friendly and kind.

Brogden was really good and went through things so well would recommend coming to Acorn . The lady on reception was very nice also and helpful.

Appointment was on time. Friendly staff. The dentist explained what was going to happen. All the possible risks was explained. It was an extraction which was easy and quick. No probs st all. Full marks
