Two weeks since my second cataract op, all the staff, from reception up to surgeon , very courteous and efficient. Vision results spectacular and surgery itself totally stress free. Many thanks to all concerned. Highly recommend, don't hesitate, just do it!

Had my first cataract removed 5 weeks prior to this surgery on my second caratact. The staff are polite, professional and ever so helpful, fully explaining what is happening at every stage of the procedure. I have no complaints whatsoever and can only praise the ease I have felt in regaining my vision.

This was my 2nd Cataract Op within a couple of Months. First time no problem at all. This time not so good. Felt like i wasn't given enough Anaesthetic as the procedure was quite painful and the watery liquid they put in your eye was ice cold, unlike the first time. Also after giving my Name and date of Birth so many times my Medication had somebody elses name on

I wss having cataract surgery and from my first assessment to my surgery every step was explained to me. The staff were friendly and caring. Wonderful service

I was given an appointment for an assessment and went with my report to the receptionist and I had an appointment for the procedure the next day. I was taken aback although very pleased that I could have my first cataract taken away. Thank you

From start to finish, I was treated extremely well,every member of the Staff was polite and curious explaining clearly all steps of the procedure,on the whole a very pleasant experience.

I was an absolute bag of nerves as a lot of people would be facing cataract eye surgery. But from when I arrived to when I left, the treatment and service I received nothing short of exceptional. The staff did everything they could to make me feel at ease, and my surgeon was very reassuring just before my surgery. It was all over in less than 10 minutes and I didn't feel a thing. I would highly recommend anyone to use this service. My eye was slightly sore for a day afterwards, but more noticeable was my amazing new vision. I didn't realise how bad my cataract must have been. My eyesight was very poor and blurred, but now everything is so bright and sharp like in high definition! I get quite emotional when I close and open my eyes and realise how lucky I am to have received this treatment. It has vastly improved my vision and quality of life. I'd like to thank everyone who supported me on my journey to having this done, from my optometrist to the staff at Spa medica, my wife, and of course the surgeon who gave me my new vision. I am truly thankful to such an amazing team of people.

Again wow, what a service. Opticians, left eye cataract corrected, opticians right eye corrected all within a month.The service was wonderful and the staff attentive. The first surgeon1st class the second I almost fell asleep during the procedure.A great bib thankyou to all the team,my world is a lot brighter now.

This was my second visit to Spa Medica having had right eye cataract surgery there 4 years ago. I specifically asked to return for my left eye, because the first experience had been so good. I wasn't disappointed - the service remains excellent and I felt supported by every single member of the team throughout the process. I went from diagnosis on 22nd December to surgery on 12th January. Excellent service.

I have recently had both the Cateracts replaced in my eyes and the speed of the service provided by Specsavers and Spa Medical was exceptional, i never thought that in a 6 period i would of had both eyes done and the difference in my vision from not having them done to having them done is exceptional, feels like i have bionic eyes. The professionalism of the staff at Spa Medica was off the scale. I cannot recommend them enough if you are looking to have this work done to your eyes.
