Have recently had a second cataract operation carried out at SpaMedica. Everything from pre-assessment to the actual operation was well organised, on time and carried out in a thoroughly professional but caring way.

Went on Wednesday for my pre assessment and was given an appointment for the Saturday. From start to finish the staff were very caring and professional. After 24hrs my sight has improved dramatically and can’t wait for my other eye to be done. Don’t put this off if you need cataract surgery , there’s no pain and the procedure is over and done with in no time. The results will change your life. Can not praise Spamedica enough with my treatment so far.

Having had my assessment for cataract surgery at St. Catherines Spamedica some weeks ago, I had my first surgery today 5th June. Absolutely superb treatment throughout the process. Staff are smiling, pleasant and very professional.

My husband and I had the operation consecutively on the same day, with excellent results which exceeded all our expectations. The outcome was indeed miraculous. The surgeons involved allayed our fears explaining the progress and the post operative nurse provided the eye drops with clear instructions as to the uses. Full recovery took a couple of weeks when I was able to return to work.

Very apprehensive to have my cataract removed, however it was a very professional, informative, friendly team at St Catherine’s in fact a really good experience . From the reception to the different nursing staff and a nice surgeon who was very experienced the whole procedure was quick , painless and nothing to worry about.

Had both eyes done whilst suffering with a fractured bone in my spine. Staff were very helpful and understanding. My treatment was carried out with utmost care would recommend the service to anyone

You are put at your ease and informed of every step of your treatment which is so important. The procedure was carried out gently as possible and again every step was explained. I fully tecommend this clinic

Pre-op, op and aftercare all very good. Can now see very well without distance glasses. Operation was simple and painless. I was supplied with all necessary medicines to aid recovery.

The surgical staff were very attentive and looked after me the whole time. I felt at ease as they explained every step of the procedure. The clinic staff were welcoming and set my mind at rest.
