I had my surgery on the 15th October and it is now nearly two weeks later. The whole experience from start to finish was amazingly straightforward. The staff were excellent right through, from reception to surgeons, not forgetting cleaners, and made what could be a distressing time, very easy to manage. Everything was explained as we went along and at no time did I feel ill at ease. I would like to express my sincere thanks to all involved, and, to anyone about to undergo this journey, please do not worry. You are in very competent and friendly hands. Thanks again.

Arrived at 08.00, seen at 08.10 ,the appointment time. Pellet inserted , called into theatre at 08.55 & was finished & out by 09.40. Like clockwork the staff were on it.

A thoroughly well planned procedure run by friendly, capable staff who explained clearly each step. I was impressed by the calm atmosphere despite what must be a very busy timetable. My thanks to you all at SpaMedica.

I have very recently had Cataracts removed from both eyes and my experience at SpaMedica Poole, was really good. The staff from reception to theatre were very friendly and efficient. They put me at my dad's and were very knowledgeable. I would recommend SpaMedica to anyone.

I have just had my second cataract surgery, both times absolutely faultless. All the staff at Poole Spa Medica are 100%caring, & with a very calming sense of humour! The whole experience both times was amazing, as is the result. Thankyou all.

I had cataracts remove from both eyes over a six month time period I was a bit worried but SpaMedica made it so easy and with good after care . I had to have laser treatment about a year later ,not unusual for people with diabetic conditions, no problems good service. Thank you

Very impressed from beginning (PreOp ) and end (PostOp) . All staff in all departments very friendly and professional and made the whole process very comfortable. Highly recommend SpaMedica Poole

welcoming competent professional staff in an absolutely spotless environment with free transport if needed. I have now had both eyes done perfect no problems at all.
