Well, having had both eyes operated on since my optician appointment back in March, all I can say is, what was I so nervous about? From my assessment to now, the “journey” has just been incredible. Every single member of the team, from the transport drivers to the surgeons have been nothing but professional, caring and empathetic explaining every aspect of what was going to happen. It is just incredible to be able to see everything with so much clarity, to brightness of colours, textures etc. Thankyou to you all.

Very professional, caring staff. They took the time to explain every procedure clearly. Clean, modern and attractive facilities and equipment. Procedure was quick and painless.

I have had cataracts removed from both eyes during the past 6 weeks and my first impressions were the friendly and reassuring manner that I was greeted by the receptionists. I was then greeted by several members of staff who were all reassuring and professional. When it came to the procedure the surgeon was excellent and the procedure was quick and without pain or discomfort. The results are beyond my expectations as I can now read a book without the use of glasses which is the first time in the last 30 years. Well done everyone. Thank you.

If only all medical practices were as on the ball as yours! Speedy reaction for the appointment, very helpful staff, very little waiting in between rooms for assessment and next appointment for surgery. I couldn't recommend SpaMedica Poole highly enough!

Before my first visit i was quite anxious 19th may had my 1st eye done 21st may from the reception staff / nurses / surgeons was put at ease . The facilities were spotless and the staff welcoming the whole experience was brilliant the outcome was even better than i expected i left feeling well informed of what i had to do care wise Really cant wait to get my other eye done and have no worries going back .I cant recomend them highly enough curtious / welcoming / professional and just wonderful people . Thank You !!

I was there for the pre assessment for YAG laser surgery. As soon as you walk into the bright, clean clinic you are met by friendly, professional and efficient staff who guide you every step of the way and ensure that you are told exactly what procedures are taking place and keep you feeling relaxed and confident. The experience is like being in a top notch private facility. Wonderful.

From the pre-op to the op itself for my cataract the staff were so friendly, informative and couldn't have done more. It made the experience stressless.

Having had an assessment, I was advised to have treatment on my left eye, this was followed up with treatment 3 weeks later (My choice of dates), and the service I received on both visits was second to none.

My pre op assessment, went very well, everyone was very efficient and friendly. Everything was explained step by step, so that I knew exactly what was going to happen. I had a call on the 6th of May and was booked in 2 days later for my first cataract surgery. Everything went very well I was quite nervous. But the op went very quickly, and the outcome is amazing. I'm hoping to get booked in for the 2nd eye to be done. I have 2 weeks for my post op check. When hopefully I will be referred for 2nd one. Would highly recommend Spa Medica. I was looked after very well, everyone was very friendly and it's really amazing the difference it has made.

The attention received from all the friendly and informative staff was excellent. In contrast, I found the architecture and interior design of the building cold and unimaginative. Being a visual artist I was particularly anxious about the process and the outcome. Yet the staff including the surgeon couldn’t have been more calm and reassuring. Particular thanks to the sweet nurse who was so pleased and forthcoming about helping this rare Chilean, the young one who so kindly and attentively explained at the end every detail of my post operation care and the surgeon who so skilfully performed it.
