Had a cataract op at the SpaMedica. The whole process was very efficient from the initial phone call confirming the appointment to the procedure itself. The staff were helpful and friendly and the cleanliness was excellent. On the day of the op the whole process was completed within 2 hours helping to keep my nerves in check. The improvement in my sight is remarkable.

Excellent and timely service from assessment to surgery and all medical staff very caring. Everything carefully explained including post operative care and medications supplied.

I had my second cataract removed yesterday morning and after removing the cover this morning I am enjoying the wonderful eyesight I now have. Thanks to all the staff for being so professional, so helpful and so kind. And a special thanks to my surgeon for making the experience quick and painless.

My mother-in-law had a cataract sorted here and received great care throughout the process. My only reservation would be maybe more thought/advice could be given to patients with dementia. The post operative care instructions are nigh on impossible to follow for someone with dementia in our experience, with constant eye rubbing, wanting to wear eye make up. We would probably not have gone ahead with the op knowing what we know now. This does not reflect on the service we received at Spa Medica which was very helpful on the day, with the op process being explained well.

Had cataract surgery performed, was treated and looked after very well from arrival to departure. The actual procedure was very smoothly carried out with very minimal discomfort.

Had this Cataract operation a few days ago, everyone i dealt with were brilliant, from Reception, to Nurses to the Surgeon. Nervous at the start, but feel so much better now I had it done. Second due in about 6 weeks time. Thank you to everyone at SpaMedica.

What an absolute pleasure it was to attend this clinic, it was like going back to the old days of NHS, lots of free parking, immaculate in cleanliness, reception on the ball, kept everything moving, just loved coming here.
