I only attended my optician after Christmas and now I have had my second eye done already. I can see without glasses for the first time in over 50 years.

Excellent experience all-round. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Very pleased so far with the result. My right eye needs YAG Laser and I will discuss this when I return on April 6th for my follow-up.

Firstly the day of the assessment everyone was friendly, reassuring, patient and helpful. This made any nervousness that I had about the forthcoming procedure vanish completely I am pleased to say. When two weeks later I arrived for my op the experience was repeated and everyone made my visit as pleasant as they possibly could. Thanks

I was quite nervous about having cataract surgery on my eye, but everyone at Spa Medica at Norwich has made the experience much less stressful and less than 2 months from initial referral, I’m recovering after having my 1st eye surgery. The procedure was completely painless, all the staff are caring, professional and were happy to answer any questions. Am very grateful that I was able to get treatment so rapidly, and would highly recommend anyone within the catchment area for Spa Medica in Norwich, to use them for cataract surgery.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming .The surgery, l thought was excellent. The instructions given to me about after care treatment were very clear

I was referred to Spamedica for cataract surgery following another eye surgery at the N& N hospital - was told that I would get an appointment quicker there than at the hospital. Received appointment for pre-op assessment within 2 weeks at the end of December - had 1st cataract done January and 2nd February. All staff brilliant - everything explained fully and felt at ease throughout the whole process. After care also great - have had to call for more drops and was arranged for collection the same day. Can not fault at all and would absolutely recommend for the service, facilities and professionalism of all the staff.

At the beginning I was very stressed, but after talking to the doctors I felt that I was in good hands. Everyone was very nice and I felt very comfortable. Every doctor cares about the patient's comfort, and I wholeheartedly recommend SpaMedica in Norwich.
