I had my left eye cataract operation done and immediately realised the difference it made and could not wait to have my right eye done. I have now had both eyes corrected and I am surprised and delighted by the improvement. Can’t recommend the practice and all staff enough.

Very organised prompt service. Efficient taxi which was much appreciated. Good modern facility. Staff varied between great to unpleasant, this was the only negative.

Leaving a review on behalf of my Nan. She has had 2 cateracts removed in the past couple of months and described the whole experience as absolutely brilliant and felt very well cared for throughout the whole process.

From start to finish of my cataract surgery I felt confident that everyone was making sure I was ok. Everything was carefully explained and checked to see if I had any queries.

After initial visit I was completely confident I was in good hands.After my first operation everything was as I had been told and recovery was as advised. Second eye was as first. I am impressed with the service I have received.

From the moment I walked in for my operation, to the minute I left I felt I mattered. All staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was talked through the procedure and reassured every step of the way. If I ever need treatment again I hope I have it done at SpaMedica.

I have recently had both my cataracts done within a few weeks of each other and couldn't have been more satisfied. From entering the clinic I was made to feel very relaxed. The staff are all very friendly and caring and the atmosphere inside the clinic was very quiet and calming. Staff were constantly checking to see if I needed anything or any hot drinks etc. The eye checkups etc were all done using very up-to-date equipment and all the staff put me at ease. I can't praise everyone enough.

Excellent patient care. Information provided about operation and aftercare very reassuring. Answered any questions I had. All members of staff very helpful and friendly and were attentive to care, especially during op when offered a pillow to go under my legs. Consultant reassured me before pop and was very patient and efficient. Went well and much less anxious about having my second eye done now.
