I cannot praise all the staff enough, they were all very friendly and explained what they would be doing throughout the whole process from start to finish. I was made to feel welcomed from the start and given plenty of opportunities to ask questions about the process each person was going to perform. At no time did I ever feel like a number, I felt like a person. The facilities were extremely clean, there was free tea and coffee as well as water if you preferred water.

My elderly mum received excellent service throughout the process from pre op through to operation and after service. This is for all staff from reception desk to the medical team.

From being reviewed at referral and being treated was a very short time indeed, every member of staff was so kind and helpful and the facilities were so very clean so I was very very impressed Thank you all at Spamedica Norwich.Regards Martin.

I had my first cataract removal on 16th May, and was a little nervous. However, there was nothing to be nervous about! Everybody, reception staff, nurses, optometrist, the surgeon were extremely kind and helpful in every way. I couldn’t have been in better hands. Everything was explained clearly and I was given booklets which outlined everything I had been told. The actual surgery was over and done in a blink of the eye and painless. No discomfort at all. Top marks to SpaMedica, Norwich. I’m coming back for my second cataract removal!

I attended this clinic for cataract surgery on my first eye. I was very nervous at first but all the staff, from Receptionist to Surgeon, were wonderful. They were all polite, caring and efficient, checking and confirming all along the way that they had the right person and which eye was to undergo the procedure, answering my questions and reassuring me Before leaving I was provided with eye drops and sterile swabs and told exactly what I had to do going forward. My huge thanks to them all and I look forward to getting my other eye done as soon as possible!

All staff were efficient, polite and considerate. My waiting times were as promised in the communications from the clinic prior to my cataract assessment and subsequent operation. Thank you.

This was my 2nd cataract operation so knew what to expect. From the moment that transport arrives at your door until you return home the care and attention given by all staff as you move through the process is so professional and reassuring. They are truly an example of the NHS working at its best. My thanks go to everyone that I had the good fortune to meet during my visits with a special thank you to the surgeon and his team for the miracles they perform on a daily basis. Underpinning the medical and admin staff, a special mention for the man who works non stop keeping the place clean and tidy and functioning by ensuring that the tea and coffee machines never run dry. Big thanks to you all.

The service and treatment I received was professionally and efficiently carried out. All through the process I was dealt with respectfully and was kept informed of what each step was and how it would be carried out. At all times I was made to be comfortable about what was being carried out.
