I had cataract surgery on one eye. The staff were professional and friendly. They explained everything clearly and put me at ease. Apart from a little discomfort I had a very good experience. Even though the operation was yesterday my vision is greatly improved already. I would like to thank everyone involved in my treatment.

Second visit to Spa Medica Norwich for Cataract surgery on second eye. The staff were so friendly and professional and everyone put you at ease. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish all staff were welcoming friendly and supportive. They created a calm atmosphere which made me feel more relaxed. They gave a high level of care and expertise that was much appreciated.

The service was excellent. The review was very thorough and the operation was arranged in a short time. On the day of the operation all staff were very friendly helpful and professional making the experience stressless.

I only attended my optician after Christmas and now I have had my second eye done already. I can see without glasses for the first time in over 50 years.

Excellent experience all-round. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Very pleased so far with the result. My right eye needs YAG Laser and I will discuss this when I return on April 6th for my follow-up.

Firstly the day of the assessment everyone was friendly, reassuring, patient and helpful. This made any nervousness that I had about the forthcoming procedure vanish completely I am pleased to say. When two weeks later I arrived for my op the experience was repeated and everyone made my visit as pleasant as they possibly could. Thanks

I was quite nervous about having cataract surgery on my eye, but everyone at Spa Medica at Norwich has made the experience much less stressful and less than 2 months from initial referral, I’m recovering after having my 1st eye surgery. The procedure was completely painless, all the staff are caring, professional and were happy to answer any questions. Am very grateful that I was able to get treatment so rapidly, and would highly recommend anyone within the catchment area for Spa Medica in Norwich, to use them for cataract surgery.
