First class premise equipment and staff unusual in this day and age The staff in particular were very special they were continua caring and very competent Looking forward to seeing them all again for my second cataract ! A credit to themselves and their firm

After my operation had a problem I rand them up and they made an appointment straight away. All nurses and doctors explained everything clearly

I cannot fault the treatment I received at the SpaMedica clinic. The process was very well organised from the initial assessment through to the removal of a cataract. I would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic.

Great medical staff. Had to wait one and a quarter hours in two different waiting rooms until first seen. This delay would be entirely acceptable, had the staff come and explained that there would be a delay. Notices referring patients to the possibility of treatment lasting up to three hours is no substitute for personal contact with a message. The directions to Spa Medica by car appear to be misleading and need checking by someone who has actually driven the route.

I have had corrective cataract surgery in both eyes, this was a great experience, from my consultation day through both surgeries Spamedica has been first class, they have been efficient, friendly and all staff have been knowledgeable and approachable. 10/10 I would definitely recommend them, well done Spamedica.

Overall staff were very professional and made me feel comfortable. I would be confident to ho back if I needed any motexyteatment. They were.all very easy to talk to and efficient in their area of expertise.

The staff from reception, nurses, surgeon and follow on checks were excellent. My whole experience was exceptional wonderful caring staff throughout. I would recommend SpaMedica to all my family and friends,it is wonderful to have clear vision again thank you one and all.

the surgeon this time made a vertical incision and i found him to be more gentle and my eye has settled very quickly without discomfort after the first day. My medication was the same but delivered differently which seemed to work better for me
