Very friendly and very helpful Excellent service. Felt very much at ease. Every procedure was explained clearly from entry to departure. Hospitality was excellent from every personal.

I can honestly say that Spa Medica have changed my life. After two cataract operations I can now watch television with out glasses.. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and any worries I had were quickly removed. Thank you and I will be recommending you to all my friends and family.

I have had 2 cataract operations at SPA Medica Leicester. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Appointments were on time. Tea or coffee both available and welcome. The "Operations" were painless and I was informed all the time as to what was taking place. I have already recommended SPA to a colleague and he has already been given an assessment appointment. Well done!!

Friendly welcome and nerves soon calmed . Was treated by all staff very kindly and courteously and made to feel safe. Procedure was completed in a shorter time than I imagined.

From the moment I entered the building I was greeted by friendly staff who took great care in informing me throughout the whole procedure ,and I couldn’t thank them enough .I would highly recommend SpaMedica

Very efficient in every respect, thorough on all examinations to the effect that on inspection of left eye following cateracts surgery, the consultant at Leicester proposed that the surgeon at Bedford perform the further laser treatment required . The whole process has been successfully completed.

Very lovely staff. Looked after very well , offered a drink on arrival. Parking was easy at the front of the building.

From the first visit in May for pre op check to the operation late May and the check up in July the service courteousness and efficiency has been outstanding. I would recommend Spa Medica to all!

From my assessment through to the surgery, the service was awesome. I was greeted by a really nice guy, who offered me tea and biscuit's that's always a winner. The assessment was very thorough all my details were double checked. This took about an hour or so. the staff where very professional kind, understanding and answered all my questions. The day of my treatment went smoothly. I was put at my ease from the get go (more tea), the staff were exemplary, the surgeon came out of the theatre to confirm my details and explain what would happen. The procedure didn't take long and was painless. If i had to give marks out of Ten I would award 12 in all aspects of my treatment. Thank you so much. Norman g.
