Very capable and friendly staff from reception all the way to the surgeon, first class service and speedy treatment. I was surprised at the efficiency of the preparation and the operation itself spending less than one hour from appointment time to release. Thank you to all.

I was so impressed at how friendly and efficient all the staff at spa medica are everything ran so smoothly , I was very nervous but was put at ease from reception to the discharge ...had my second one done with out being so nervous thankyou so much

My mum attending the clinic yesterday 11/07/23 to have her eye procedure completed, she was so nervous. When we got there we were both made to feel very welcome the offer of tea/ coffee and biscuits, the staff are very friendly and put my mum at ease, she came out very happy with the care she had been given and this morning when I ran her she said that her vision is perfect, thank you spa medica you have made my mum very happy.

Had both eyes done at this clinic and would recommend it to anyone . Everyone was so friendly and welcoming at the clinic making a worrying day into a pleasant experience . Would not hesitate to return there if i had another eye . Joke .Thanks for your wonderful service you provide .

The staff at SpaMedica Bristol were outstanding. I was given all the information without having to ask and the operation [about which I was very nervous] went as smoothly as can be. My thanks to everyone there.

My whole experience was great from my pre -op to the Cataract procedure. The entire staff were very friendly very professional explained everything to me clearly and precise the whole procedure flowed from start to finish without a hitch very impressed and very pleased with my operation. 5 star service good location and the coffee was excellent.

I feel very fortunate that I was referred to Spa medica. The time between being referred and having my cataract done was very short, and I was contacted within a few days. Everyone at the clinic was very kind and gave good information and care both pre and post operation.

Friendly and helpful staff. Told what was happening and why. Modern premises,made to feel welcome and comfortable. Good coffee and biscuits!
