I have now had cataract surgery on both eyes within seven weeks at the Haydock centre. On both occasions the staff have all been brilliant - very professional and very caring. Could not have had a better service - thank you

Clinic was lovely and welcoming. Met at the door and taken to reception by the Concierge Greeted with a smile. Nurses well trained and treated me as an individual. All my questions were answered in a clear and concise manner. Met the Surgeon who explained what would happen. My take home medication was explained my the Discharge Nurse. This could have been made very stressful but was relaxed due to the care and professionalism I received from all concerned.

My experience at Spa Medica Haydock Park was excellent. All the staff are friendly, helpful and informative. The medical teams are smartly dressed and well presented. Communication is excellent. Waiting times for and during my appointment was quick. The gentleman doing meet and greets and the cleaner were so friendly and helpful. They were both happy to help me after my procedure. An all round good experience. This service would be an example of good practice to be shared with other areas of the NHS. The well dressed polite and helpful nurses with a smile on their face in particular.

I have been going to this place for the last few months for eye injections and every time I go I feel welcome and taken care of with lovely staff.I have just had my cataract surgery and it went perfect, with explanations of what was going on very helpfull .

I had my cataract surgery today at the clinic, I will be returning in a couple of months to have my other eye done. I was very anxious and all of the staff were very comforting and reassuring, the nurse even held my hand throughout the procedure. The doctor thoroughly explained the whole procedure and answered all of my questions. From arriving at the clinic to leaving, all of the staff were absolutely amazing and I had a very positive experience, would definitely recommend.

Staff very helpful can’t do enough to relax you & make you comfortable whilst waiting for your surgery also a very special thanks to the nurse who discharged me after giving me the eye drops &information needed. She is a diamond &asset to spa Medica THanks for everything

Firstly may I say how impressed I was at the cleanliness of the Practice including the car park and outside.. The reception was perfectly controlled and friendly. Whilst waiting, the seating was comfortable with tea and coffee available. Admission staff were professional and informative with a friendly vibe. The remainder of my surgery was completed in the same vein throughout. Congratulations to all staff and Surgical staff.

I would like to thank the surgeon and the staff at spaMedica for all their hard work and helpful support, my eye that the surgeon operated on is now fantastic, I can't thank you all enough 10/10

I had my first cataract surgery yesterday, am so pleased with the time and care I received from all the staff.The surgery was amazing no pain during the operation,and the after care was good.Now to wait for my other eye to be done.Many thanks to all involved.

From arriving to leaving, the staff and service was wonderful. The surgeon and nurses were great. Everything about the hospital was extremely professional.
