Welcoming and.made to feel at ease . Refreshments were offered which was great after travelling,also the procedure we were to undertake was fully explained. This was very helpful because the treatment due was not experienced before. Once in the theatre the operation procedure was once again explained by the surgeon who made you feel calm and relaxed.

Excellent service all the way from transport to care at clinic all the staff where so helpful putting me at ease no worries whatsoever well cared for given drinks and biscuits on arrival and all through my stay would recommend spa to every one

I have just had my 2nd cataract op at Spa Medica Gloucester. All of the staff are so friendly and reassuring. All of my appontments were carried out by very professional staff who couldn't do enough to put me at ease. The hospital is spotless. Tea and biscuits flow through out. I am very happy with my new vision. I had a few concerns with my eye after my first cataract op. Spa Medica reassured me and were very contactable. What more can I say . An excellent eye hospital. Its a breath of fresh air to receive such amazing treatment .

Highly recommend this hospital. All of the staff are amazing. Friendly, helpful, relaxing professionals! Surgery was without fault. The whole experience from beginning to eng was outstanding. Thank you to everyone involved.

My two cataract operations were very impressive. Lovely people, efficient practice and I can now see better than I have for many years…. From the initial recommendation by Boots Opticians the whole experience has gone very smoothly. The anticipation was far were than the experience of the operation.

From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. Exemplary customer service, and highly Professional Staff meant that my short stay was,indeed, enjoyable. Good humoured, confident Theatre Staff and Surgeon completed the Operation with no Anxiety for me- Thank you!

The team at Spa Medica Gloucester were friendly and professional, taking the time to clearly explain every step of the procedure. The team looked after me from the outset and I was comfortable the whole time I was there.

Calm efficiency throughout the procedure starting with reception and continuing through to discharge nurse. I have no prior knowledge of cataract removal nor do I know anyone who has had the procedure so I was somewhat apprehensive about having the surgery. I need not have been concerned the procedure was pain free at worst mildly discomforting. More could of been done to allay fears.

I am a complete wimp when it comes to any Hospital procedure. I am so pleased to say that I was treated with care and professional service for every part of My treatment. The removal of My cataract has resulted in a vision that is much better than I could ever have expected. If the same result occurs with My other Eye I very much doubt that I will require distance vision Glasses at all in the future. Many thanks for a wonderful service.
