The staff from Reception fight through to Recovery were excellent. Caring, Efficient and Professional. So pleased I chose Spamedica. I cannot believe the difference in my sight and what I can see. Would advise anyone to go there

Having just had my Two cataracts done with Spa Medica within about 6 weeks I was very impressed with all of the staff from when I entered the premises right up to when I left after the procedures had been completed all being friendly and attentive to any questions that I had. Going into have the assessment and then confirming that I needed to have the procedures done was performed by very competent and professional people who also made me feel at ease,My surgeon was also very professional and answered any questions that I had,the theatre staff were very friendly and also made me feel at ease,since having the cataracts removed I am very grateful for everything that Spa Medica did for me.

From going for my pre assessment to having my cataract done, my treatment from going in to coming home was excellent. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Actual operation was pain-free and my sight is excellent. Thank you all.

I want to express my gratitude to all the staff at SpaMedica, who were caring, professional, efficient and delivered pain free procedures. After my first eye surgery, I had absolutely no fears for my second, and I was proved right. Im delighted with my vastly improved vision. Thank you so much.

Positives: Staff in the reception area were welcoming and friendly. There was tea/coffee and water freely available. Booking in was easy and quick. Staff in the operating area were also very friendly and professional. Everywhere was very clean. Toilets easily available. The procedure was uncomfortable but the staff were always there to help. Negatives: parking is available but it's not easy to see which spaces shoukd be used by patients. The television is on all day in the reception area and Smooth Radio in the operating area which becomes very irritating after almost 2x hours of waiting! An estimate of when the procedure will take place would have been useful.

I can now see so clearly, with true colours, not the depressive sludge of years of cataracts, so uplifting. I was surprised how beautiful the inside of my eye is - effective anaesthetic and calm, trustworthy staff made that possible. I was reassured by their skill, practice, good planning and explanations, not forgetting tea and kindness: a week later I am actually looking forward to the next eye op!!!

I was very impressed with SpaMedica. All the staff were very friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable and offering drinks. The procedure was not painful and I was very happy with the surgeon who was gentle and very efficient.

I was required to be there for 8.10am. The process started exactly on time and was completed by 11.30. that included 1 hr. for dilation drops to take effect and 1/2 of post-op checks

Very friendly efficient staff, hot drinks and biscuits offered to me each time I attended and for my daughter who accompanied me. The whole clinic was spotlessly clean. Everything was well explained before and after treatment, eye drops dispensed with explanation and chart.
