I had a truly positive experience with the clinician. The staff was incredibly caring and made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring that all my concerns were addressed. The clinician went above and beyond to explain everything clearly, making sure I fully understood my treatment options and what to expect. I am so grateful for the help and guidance I received during my appointment. I left feeling reassured and confident, and I truly appreciate all the effort and care they provided. Thank you so much!

The whole process from being refered by my optician to having my cataract operation went faultlessly. All staff very friendly and made sure you were comfortable with what was happening at each step.

The clinic is modern and well run , everything you would expect from a health clinic today . My cataract procedure was efficiently and expertly carried out from the fist appointment to completion of the operation . Everything was done to make the experience relaxed and the procedure was fully explained. First class service

The Optician in Gloucester has an Axe to grind! very rude. Must have got out the wrong side of the bed... That was until I met her for a second time and she was exactly the same. Patronizing and arrogant, She would ask a question and then not listen to the answer. Surgeon rushed, was 2 hours late and he had to travel from Manchester to Gloucester. My anesthetic eye drops did not have time to work. When I said I was in pain it was ignored. Avoid this place at all costs. I must say, apart from the Optician and surgeon all other staff are excellent, they are passionate and caring and showed empathy. Perhaps the aggressive Optician and surgeon could learn a thing or two from the rest of the Team. But I guess they think to highly of themselves to listen. My advice is to go elsewhere.

Easy to find and park. Assessment day experienced very efficient service and free coffee tea and biscuits. Surprised by the extensive tests done. Day of surgery was just as efficient and pleasant. Surgery very successful and looking forward to my other eye being done. I was very surprised by our bright and sharp my vision was on the next day.
