I cannot fault Spamedica from referral to discharge . All staff were friendly and professional . I received an appointment very quickly after being referred by Specsavers . Thereon my operation was scheduled within days . On the day of the operation all staff fully explained the care that I was going to receive. An hour and half later I was on my way home having had my cataract removed and new lens inserted. Thank you very much my sight has been restored .

My whole experience was first class Everything was explained clearly everyone was very kind and helpful I would definitely go back for my second eye operation if I am offered

Excellent service and caring staff .seen very quickly .Happy with results. My recovery has been very good and I would definitely recommend this service to friends and family if and when they need cataract eye surgery.

The customer service was excellent - Receptionist are outstandingly very pleasant Diagnostics Great Optometrist -Great Medical team absolutely amazing I comfortable. Where I was nervous I had my hand held. (Thank you). Surgeon and his team were so good he talked me through the whole procedure. Grateful.

I was very nervous about havingy my cataract removed, but I really shouldn’t have been. All the team at Epsom were very kind and reassuring, the procedure was very quick and was not in the least bit uncomfortable. The only thing that I had to do was keep still for about 10 minutes. The surgeon was excellent, he explained what was going on and kept chatting to me, so before I knew it the procedure was over. I then saw a nurse who explained the after care and gave me a pack of everything that I would need at home. I would recommend them to anyone.

Really efficient and personable experience delivered by the staff at Spamedica Epsom. Extremely professional staff across the board, and a very quick, experienced and reassuring process from start to finish

Very quick both eyes done within 6 weeks off Being told cataract surgery was req before getting nea glasses was seen had ops and was out in about 2 hours .All staff extremely professional
