I went to spamedica Epsom for Cataract op. It was prompt, efficient, great outcome for both eyes. Pleasant staff and would recommend. Good experience overall!

The staff are friendly efficient and helpful the surgeon was cheerful and put me at ease everyone made me feel at ease nothing is to much trouble to serve the patient

I would like to praise the entire SpaMedica Epsom team (Security at the door, Receptionists (on the phone and at the entrance desk), Volunteers, Auxiliaries, Nurses, Ophthalmologists, Consultants, Operating Theatre staff and of course the excellent Eye Surgeon) for providing such a professional, friendly and efficient service. It is less than 24-hrs since the operation was so skilfully completed, and the word that keeps springing to mind is “miraculous”. With huge thanks and massive respect, I am indebted to you. PS The difference between the eye that was operated on and the one awaiting surgery is remarkable. The colours are more saturated, the focus is spot-on and the glare is greatly reduced. I’m now looking forward to the next op to complete my pair of Bausch & Lomb intraocular lenses, which will make such a difference to making my retirement a much happier experience. Thank You again!

The whole process from seeing the optician to the operation was quick, professional and efficient. I needed more eyedrops and I thought it would be complicated but it was simple and again, efficient. Everyone is kind and you are made to feel very comfortable.

I recently had a cararact removed and my description of the people involved follows - Everyone at this practice is caring, friendly, understanding and super efficient. From the two men who greet you at the front door and everyone else in between, up to the doctor who does the proceedure, thank you, you are the best.

I had a great experience with SpaMedica even if it was slightly more painful than the first eye. I had a great time with all the staff who can't do enough for you. Thoroughly recommended.

My first visit was in November for an assessment, followed very quickly by a cataract op on one eye. Last week, I had my second cataract done, with an assessment due in January. The attention received from everyone, from the minute I stepped into the building, was second to none. Everyone introduced themselves by first name and made me very comfortable and at ease. I would definitely have no hesitation at all in recommending SpaMedica. Thank you to everyone.

My cataract surgery on 3 December went very smoothly and the staff involved couldn't have been more helpful or professional. The surgeon went out of his way to explain the procedure beforehand and did everything possible to put my mind at rest.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. From first contact, within a few days of seeing my optician, to completion of surgery, every step was well organised and professional. All this plus very helpful and pleasant staff, from the greeting at the door to the surgery itself. Also, all this in a very pleasant environment including tea and coffee. Would not hesitate to recommend.
